Thought as a corporate engagement tool in the 2014 Football World Cup, Bolão DALE (a corporate sweepstake platform for the World Cup) was developed to be an interactive product between the employees – and became a foundation for HR and internal communication teams.

Having an extremely intuitive navigation and a customizable interface for the client, DALE’s Bolão was proven a success through the time, with three editions (2014, 2018, 2022 and have been acquired by diverse clients, including companies as Grupo Ultra, HDI Seguros and Hypera Farma, among others.

The interface, UX, navigation flux and content curation were created from scratch – also the interactions conception and the sweepstake’s mechanic for all the matches. Its scalable structure made possible Bolão to be present for the first time in Women’s World Cup (2023) and to visually customized for the companies through theme tokens in its design system.

DALE’s World Cup Bolão was awarded at Prêmio Lusófonos (10th Edition) with Bronze at Public Relations (Internal Communication subcategory).
